Delirium Care
About
The Delirium Care resources were developed by a panel of experts including dementia care consultants for delirium and nurse practitioners in the aged care sector. After initially being developed, this resource was further endorsed by its wide uptake by other partners (IRT, Baptist Care, Taipei Medical University Hospital, Ramsay Health Care) and all across NSW Health.
We invite all practitioners to use the Delirium Care flip chart to deliver Delirium Care courses independently in their own workplaces. Visit the Courses page to access the Delirium Care modules which have been developed to complement the flip chart.
