We are a high impact team, with 50 collaborators across different continents.
Every month, our team members are publishing high quality research in top end journals and work with high calibre industry and non-government organisations.
The projects we undertake across the community, acute and residential aged care (nursing homes) settings. Over the years, the ADHERe team have supported industry partners to identify solutions to the challenges of providing person centred care to older people and their family carers. We use knowledge translation techniques to support workforce teams to capacity build and implement sustainable plans that ensure high quality evidence-based care becomes everyday practice.
